The Committee on Finance, Banking, Taxation and Customs Policy, recommends the Parliament to adopt the Bill on Amendments to Clause 4 of the Law "On Charge for Development of Vine-Growing, Gardening and Hop-Growing " (regarding Payment of Charge)

The bill (Reg. No.8526), submitted by K. Vashchuk, People's Deputy of Ukraine, harmonizes clause 4 of the Law "On Charge for Development of Vine-Growing, Gardening and Hop-Growing" which regulates referral of the charge to the provisions of the State Budget Code of Ukraine.

Namely, the bill states that the charge for the development of vine-growing, gardening and hop-growing is payable to the State Budget of Ukraine instead of the previously established account of the State Treasury of Ukraine.
